Our GYM Training is a martial activity that includes:

Warm-up
Muscle toning
Basic kicks and punches
Aerobic gym-boxing
Advanced combinations
Easy Sparring
Self-defense techniques
Punching and kicking pads and dummies
Stretching and relaxing


Our training class differs from those at fitness centers in that we care about correct stance, moves and strikes, And it's all done under supervision of an experienced martial arts coach.
